Currently,the development of China's general aviation industry is fast.However,due to late start,the present situation of related supporting infrastructure is imperfect.This situation has put forward higher requirements for general aviation maintenance support capabilities.General aviation maintenance support ability of high and low,to a large extent depends on the good and bad of maintenance support resource allocation scheme,and general aviation maintenance support resource allocation scheme is ensured by the maintenance task resource demand,the maintenance support resources reserve quantity,resource allocation,constraints and resource allocation scheme parameters such as multiple factors,the situation is more complicated.The general aviation maintenance support resource allocation process is a typical dynamic discrete event that is affected by many parameters.This is a general aviation maintenance support resource allocation plan for generating a service maintenance task that can effectively reduce the completion time of maintenance support tasks and improve the utilization of resources.This paper combines the current situation of navigation maintenance support resource allocation and related research methods,and analyzes the distribution process and allocation decision part of the navigation maintenance support resources.This paper first uses the prioritized coloring time Petri net theory to model and simulate the maintenance support resource flow,and analyzes the logical relationship between the resource requirements of many maintenance support tasks.This paper refines the constraint rules of the maintenance support resource allocation process,and generates a flow chart of the navigation maintenance resource scheduling allocation scheme.Then,under the constraint rules of maintenance support resource allocation process,this paper takes the minimum of the maintenance task completion time,the highest resource utilization,the minimum maintenance task timeout,and the minimum number of timeout tasks as the objective function of the allocation scheme.This paper builds a general aviation maintenance support resource allocation decision model based on self-applied genetic algorithm,and obtains a more reasonable navigation maintenance support resource allocation plan.Finally in a navigation task maintenance support of different number of maintenance support in enterprise resource allocation process as an example,the current manual sorting of general aviation maintenance support resource allocation schemes and through the model to calculate the general aviation maintenance support resources allocation,resource allocation scheme is verified in the maintenance task completion time,resource utilization,timeout,timeout task number has made remarkable achievements,such as test model scheme of scientific rationality,and thus prove the feasibility of the model and algorithm proposed in this paper.
