In recent years,with the rapid development of China's civil aviation industry,the number of flights and flight density has increased significantly,which puts forward higher requirements on the reliability and economy of civil aircraft maintenance industry.Reasonable allocation of maintenance resources can effectively improve the reliability of civil aircraft and reduce maintenance costs.As an important part of civil aircraft maintenance,airline maintenance has a great impact on flights.Improving the technical level of airline maintenance has become an important task for civil aircraft maintenance units.In this context,the multi-dimensional resource allocation of airline maintenance task is studied.The problem of the maintenance resource allocation in airline maintenance task is studied,the maintenance resource mainly focuses on aviation materials,maintenance group and support equipment.Firstly,according to the characteristics of airline maintenance tasks,the main landing gear wheel replacement task is selected from the airline,and the maintenance task in S3000 L is analyzed to determine the type of maintenance resources.Then,on the basis of the queuing model of single resource,the optimal allocation model of three resources is established with the aim of minimum cost ratio and maximum availability.On the basis of single resource queuing model,by analyzing the relations among three kinds of resources,multidimensional resource tandem queuing model is deduced,on the basis of the tandem queuing model,by analyzing the influence of two sub-tasks of airline maintenance task on maintenance resources,and considering the cost ratio and availability,a multidimensional resource optimization allocation model is established.At the same time,to improve the traditional NSGA ? algorithm,in view of the non-dominated operation sorting algorithm takes up a large amount of computing time,a hierarchical strategy is proposed.Finally,the validity of the model and algorithm is verified by using the data of a maintenance base.The result shows that: the maintenance resource optimal allocation model which is established by combining the theory of queuing theory and integer programming theory have a certain effect on the optimization of maintenance resources,at the same time,improved the NSGA ? algorithm in computational efficiency has a certain degree of improvement.The model and algorithm in this paper have certain theoretical reference value for the optimal allocation of airline maintenance resources.
