In process of product development task execution,the unreasonable distribution of tasks and the unreasonable allocation of resources are the two main reasons that lead to long product development cycles.In this dissertation,taking the task allocation strategy and resource allocation strategy in the process of the development of mechanical product development task as the research object,the optimization strategies of task allocation plans and resource allocation plans were conducted.Firstly,aiming at the problem of too many iterative rework during the task execution,which is caused by the unreasonable task allocation scheme in the process of product development task execution,a multi-stage iterative task assignment strategy was adopted and the multi-stage iterative model’s task execution cycle and time cost mathematics model was constructed,the optimization of the task assignment scheme for the iterative phases was studied,and the optimization strategy of the iterative task allocation scheme was obtained.The effectiveness of phased iterative task allocation scheme optimization strategy was verified.Secondly,aiming at the problem of low efficiency of task iteration due to irrational resource allocation in the product development process,the weighted method is used to quantify the mission criticality and personnel comprehensive capabilities,the reasonable allocation of tasks and task execution teams was achieved with the primary and secondary allocations of tasks and task execution teams,the best performance of task execution teams and the shortest task iterations was obtained.Taking an air purifier development project as an example,the effectiveness of the resource optimization distribution scheme was verified.Finally,combining the iterative task assignment optimization strategy with the resource allocation optimization strategy based on the criticality and personnel comprehensive ability,the strategy of collaborative optimization of the iterative process of the task is obtained.Taking an electric vehicle development project as an example,the effectiveness of the task allocation scheme and the resource allocation scheme collaborative optimization strategy was verified.
