| Processes are operation guildlines to the modern auto parts companies.During the products upgrade,some of the companies need to arrange new product prototypes building work in the produciont lines for cost saving,it is a problem for these quickly growing companies that how to manage prototypes building work in the production lines correctly.This thesis researches on C company who is a disel engine fuel system supplier,the investigation was started from the activities that arranging the new developed product prototypes in the existing production lines,to find out the problems about the prototype build process in C company.By the tasks analysis to the prototype build process to find out the root causes about the founded problems during the prototype building.Causes were found: there is no feasibility study before the prototype building,the process quality was not well managed in the whole process,which from the supplier raw material quality control to the performance double checking in the engineering lab.After tracking the root causes about these problems,the process optimization targets and principles were proposed: to add feasibility study before the prototypes building activities in the production lines,to add whole quality management activities in the whole process,which included the supplier raw material qulity control,the building process quality control and the engineering lab performance check process control.Besides with that,add emergency response rechanism along with the prototype building,to ensure the prepared methods were implemented and to reduce the pending time during the building activity.Based on the updates,a new developed product prototype builing process was created and released in C company quality system.The bottle neck and suggestions were also mentioned.It is helpful to the companies that need to have prototypes build in the production line. |
