| The performance in products’ quality control is very important to a company who produces the products that will be used in automotive industry.Statistical Process Control is one of the common used tool in product quality control.But,in China,most of the companies who provides traditional manufacturing services to automotive industry are less of effective implementation in SPC to support their plant in improving their capability of quality control.So,how to support these traditional products makers to improve or enhance their SPC implementation becomes a critical object.This thesis researches on HF who is a stamping-products provider in automotive products.Investigate HF’s of SPC implementation and find out their specified problems during of HF’s SPC carrying out.That including the problems in the procedures of SPC implementation and also in the tools etc.Have deeply analysis of why HF has so many problems in SPC implementation,the root-cause contains external ones and internal ones.For external ones,mainly causes are the high requirements in some international standards that be used in automotive industry such as IATF16949,VDA6.3 and high quality requirements by their customers.For the internal reasons,less of focusing on the SPC by the top management team,roughly SPC procedure which missing lots of definitions according to IATF16949,low efficiency method is used in product ongoing SPC.Finally,in this thesis,provide the improvement plan in systematic and full-size view to support HF optimize it’s SPC implementation.Establish a team for carrying out the SPC and also the optimization in the poor SPC procedure which includes the main SPC procedure,also the procedure for choosing-control chart and process capability analysis.The improvement plan in the SPC tools also be provided in this thesis which contains add CMM measuring equipment and carry out QSMART which is a SPC system-software.Moreover,this thesis also specified the potential bottlenecks that maybe occurred in the optimization and give suggestions for solving these potential bottlenecks.The whole analysis process and optimization process can be a good guideline for those traditional mechanical industry companies who have business in automotive components,such as stamping,forging,die-casting,plastic injection,CNC machine etc. |
