Currently Chinese automotive market competition is getting more and more fierce,in 2009 Chinese automobile production and sales volume came to be world No.1.In 2017,Chinese automobile total production volume is 29.0154 million,realized 3.19% year-on-year increase,while total production volume is 28.8789,realized 3.04% year-on-year increase.Great challenges come with the rapid and stable growth of automotive industry,more and more automotive entrepreneurs see Chinese market potentials and want to have a share.Mercedes-Benz,as a top luxury automobile brand,it also faces fierce competition.Besides competition on new products and production capacity among traditional luxury automotive entrepreneurs,now cross-industrial automotive completion is even more challenging.With this background,for automotive entrepreneurs,those who can deliver high-quality products to customers in a fast and efficient way via business processes,they can earn a market share in advance.So it is really important for automotive entrepreneurs to set up a standardize,systematical and efficient process management system,which itself can quickly responds to market change and guarantees internal business workflow can run like a relay race,one workflow closely links with another,so that entrepreneur can successfully deliver products to customers.Business process management can ensures company strategy to be realized.Processes are like operational maps when executes company strategy,because company strategy can only be realized with the premises of successful implementation of each single process.The existence of entrepreneurs is to meet market and customer demands.Strategy is a must,but it does not mean having a clear strategy equals to realize it.With current market circumstances,everything changes so fast,without a solid process system to guarantee strategy,company will be easily exceeded.This thesis conducts a single case study on Beijing Benz business process system by in-depth analysis of current situation of process management,then finds out problems and later proposes countermeasures and improvement plan.With practical proof,finally the company forms a systematical and integrated Beijing Benz process management mechanism.This case is representative,and can reflect something in common that all automobile entrepreneurs have.This thesis mainly adopts the methods of questionnaires,interviews and documents analysis.
