The rapid development of new energy vehicles has brought great opportunities for the development of the drive motor,but one of the difficulties in the production of the drive motor is the high cost,poor stability and many changes in the manufacturing process.BW company is a new energy auto parts manufacturing enterprise,the core business is power system drive motor products.At present,the company’s new product manufacturing process development has no industry standards and experience to draw lessons from,mainly rely on the product design and matching of the manufacturing process is constantly tested and verified.There are many uncertainties in the development of such manufacturing process,including the repeated and changeable process,high quality risk and time cost,as well as the uncertainty of fixed asset investment.How to optimize the development process of manufacturing process is the subject of this thesis.Firstly,this thesis summarizes the relevant theories and methods of QFD and PFMEA as well as the research status at home and abroad.Then it analyzes the current situation of manufacturing process development in BW company,as well as the existing problems and difficulties,and points out the necessity of combining QFD and PFMEA.Then,the optimization scheme of QFD and PFMEA in the four stages of manufacturing process development is described.Then the BISG product manufacturing process design of BW company was taken as an example to analyze.Finally,the thesis summarizes the whole thesis and looks forward to the future research work.The main contribution of this article is to BW company development present situation and the case study of QFD and PFMEA system,explore new energy automobile power system products manufacturing process of the development process management,on the basis of establishing a set of suitable for BW company for the development of new products manufacturing technology development process management system,and use all kinds of control scheme,to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise,as well as the company’s competitive advantage and sustainable development lays the foundation to participate in the international auto parts industry competition.The research results of this thesis can be used for reference for similar manufacturing enterprises,especially for the management of new product manufacturing process development.
