| Man is the most active factor in the organization,Rational allocation of human resources plays an important role in organizational planning.And staffing needs to follow certain rules and meet specific requirements,based on full knowledge and analysis of practitioners and job requirements.It’s just putting people in positions that match their personality and abilities,will maximize its effectiveness.Therefore,the matching of personnel and posts is consistent with the Party Central Committee’s decision-making spirit and work requirements,it is also a necessary condition to enhance work efficiency and enhance the combat effectiveness of team cohesion.As the staff officer of the superior department,the instructor of the grass-roots level and the mediator of the promotion work,the municipal government unit plays an important role in the work.The road transport management department is in accordance with the law to carry out the management of the road passenger and freight,the maintenance and detection of the motor vehicle and the training of the driver,and other relevant approval work,which plays an important role in the development of the transportation industry.As the direct leader and the implementer of the operation,the staff are the most direct to contact with the large number of business owners,both of which are to implement the higher orders and to help the masses to solve the practical difficulties.At present,with the development of economy,with the improvement of the level,people’s travel needs to be diversified and personalized,from the past "Let’s go." to the "It’s good to go.",the increasingly complex environment,the heavy task of work and the emerging new management problem have put forward new requirements on the ability of the operators.It is of great practical significance to explore the problem of post-job matching in the transportation management department and to promote the healthy,orderly,coordinated and rapid development of the road transportation industry.This paper adheres to the principle of combining theory with practice,on the basis of extensive reading of relevant theoretical literature on competence and post matching,and studies the selection and appointment of the cadres and workers in Huaihua Road Transportation Management Office.First of all,analyse the present situation of the post-job matching of the road transportation management office,and the problems existing in the matching of the people’s posts are analyzed in a simple way;secondly,the problem-oriented,on the basis of a large number of reading of the literature,using the behavior event interview method to establish the competency index system for different job categories,through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the ability of workers relative to the post requirements,based on relevant research data and empirical analysis.The analysis results provide scientific criteria for human resource management and decision making such as get a knowledge of post,matching and training.Therefore,some countermeasures and suggestions can be put forward for the realization of post matching in Huai Hua transportation management department. |
