Competition for real estate construction industry gradually heat up in recent years,the outbreak and under the dual influence of real estate cycle,increasing demand for talents,especially in certain real estate construction,the present stage for the industry project managers in the number of staff in reducing year by year,but more and more high requirement for the quality of their work.Looking at the current situation of recruitment in China,relying on recruitment alone can change this phenomenon very little.At the same time,human resources departments of various enterprises are also facing severe problems at present.That is,how to carry out reasonable and effective assessment of employees to improve their work enthusiasm and work ability.Starting from the actual needs of the project manager level enterprise of S Construction Company and the actual work content of staff performance management,the competency model of the project manager level staff for this post is constructed to conform to the strategy and business philosophy of S construction company and be used.In this process,as a link in performance management,and assist the enterprise to achieve its strategic management objectives efficiently and reasonably.Finally,the paper expounds its application in the company.This article main contribution: for S construction companies at this stage of the running performance management system optimization Suggestions,not only the inspection as well as the competence elements and the project manager level staff development into the performance management of the link,in view of "comprehensive performance" for the purpose,promote S construction company project manager level staff performance management work.Based on specific enterprises in restricted industries,this paper establishes a competency model for project manager level positions applicable to the basic situation of S construction company on the basis of the competency currently being implemented.In theory,this paper has explored the research field of competency,enriched the related research field.
