| With the acceleration of urbanization,the quality of urban residents’ pursuit of life is also continuously improved.Creating a safe and comfortable urban environment is of great significance to the improvement of urban residents’ happiness.In recent years,due to the impact of urban population,management,transportation,and the environment,urban fire emergencies have been unabated.Once an urban fire emergency occurs,it will cause heavy casualties and economic losses.Against this background,based on the perspective of urban fire emergency capabilities,this paper establishes an evaluation index system for urban fire emergency capabilities,an AHP-CRITIC fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was constructed,and the model was applied to the evaluation of Beijing city fire emergency capability to determine the level of Beijing city fire emergency capability.Based on the perspective of urban fire emergency capabilities,statistics of urban fire accidents in China in the past ten years are analyzed,and the characteristics of urban fire accidents and the influencing factors of emergency capabilities are analyzed.Analyze the key factors that affect the emergency response capacity of urban fires from the aspects of national laws and regulations and the actual influencing factors,so as to construct an evaluation index system for emergency response capabilities of urban fires.The system includes 4 criteria layers and 34 evaluation indicators.Then,by constructing the DEMATEL indicator network relationship model,the influence relationship between the evaluation indicators is analyzed,and the comprehensive influence relationship matrix of each indicator is calculated,so as to determine the indicator influence network relationship diagram of the criterion layer and the indicator layer.Construct AHP-CRITIC fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.The combined method of AHP and CRITIC is used to obtain the subjective and objective weights of each evaluation index.Then,the game theory is used to optimize the combination of the index weights to determine the comprehensive weight of the urban fire emergency capability evaluation index.The optimized evaluation index weights are introduced into the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,so as to construct a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of urban fire emergency capabilities.The actual situation of Beijing city fire emergency capacity is verified as an example,and the city fire emergency capacity level of Beijing is good.Aiming at the weak links in Beijing’s current urban fire emergency response capabilities,suggestions are made.In this paper,through the study of the evaluation of urban fire emergency capabilities,the in-depth analysis of the impact relationship between the evaluation indicators and the allocation and optimization of the indicator weights,and an AHP-CRITIC fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the network relationship analysis of the DEMATEL indicators is proposed.Fire emergency capability assessment provides a new idea. |
