| In recent years,with the booming development of civil aviation industry,a large number of security problems have also followed,especially the fire safety issues,especially the complex large space public buildings such as airports.In order to cope with the airport fire quickly and make quick response and minimize the loss,it is particularly important to evaluate the fire emergency plan of civil airport.This paper assesses the multi domain theory and fuzzy mathematics knowledge through the application,Through the methods of theoretical research,analysis,modelling,etc.,we analyzed many problems in the evaluation of civil airport fire emergency plans,reach the evaluation method for emergency plans for scientific improvement,The goal of improving the efficiency of emergency plan disposal has a certain practical significance for the preparation of emergency plans..This paper mainly studies the problems in the assessment of emergency plan from the following aspects.(1)Research on Evaluation of emergency plan based on intuitionistic fuzzy set theory.This paper uses the intuitionistic fuzzy set theory to study the evaluation of the pros and cons of the emergency plan.First of all,combined with the characteristics of civil airport fire accidents,determine the weight of evaluation index and intuitionistic fuzzy sets to construct the evaluation matrix,then determine the intuitionistic fuzzy positive ideal and negative ideal solution,finally,calculate the emergency plan to intuitionistic fuzzy ideal solution and the distance to the comprehensive evaluation of emergency plan index.(2)Research on operability evaluation of emergency plan based on grey relational degree method.The maneuverability evaluation of emergency plan is studied by using the analytic hierarchy process and the grey relational degree method.The index of evaluation matrix is scored by expert scoring method,and the weight of each index is weighted by AHP.The feasibility of emergency plan for civil airport fire accident is evaluated by grey correlation analysis.(3)Research on the completeness evaluation of emergency plan based on Bayesian networkStudy on the evaluation of civil airport fire emergency plan method of Bayesian network based on completeness,first introduced the fault tree into Bayesian networks,and through the establishment of standard Bayesian network,put forward complete calculation of civil airport fire emergency plan model,finally grading evaluation on its completeness.(4)Research on the effectiveness evaluation of emergency plan based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.In this paper some factors caused by incidents has the characteristics of uncertainty or difficult to quantify,the comprehensive analysis method based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build effective evaluation index system of emergency plan,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to effectively evaluate the emergency plan of civil airport fire accident. |
