Research On Communication Management In H Company Transnational HMI Project

HMI(Human Machine Interface)is a project of vehicle information interface solution,which is made by a vehicle company through analyzing the requirements of its customers.Considering the fast development of vehicle related technology,such as the using of internet and manless driving technology on vehicle production,the functions of a vehicle innovate greatly and lead to a big change to the interface between the customers and the vehicle.Regarding to the importance of HMI,almost all of the vehicle companies are working on this kind of project nowadays.H company is a state-owned enterprise which is mainly composed of Chinese,H company cooperates with BMW and Magna Steyr companie to improve the quality of its HMI project.H company,which make the HMI project of H company a transnational project.Project communication management is the process of collecting and transporting the project information rationally,and finally dealing with the need of the customers.The transnational background of H company HMI project brings big differences in language and culture between all the participants,which makes it difficult to make effective communication management in this project.In this article,we firstly consolidated the basic knowledge of project communication management and the methods which would be used in the research of project communication management.Then through the combination of the theories and the practice,we made the schedule of the project communication management of H company HMI project.Using the methods of questionnaire and randomized case-control experiment,we deeply discussed the optimal communicative methods of project communication management of H company HMI project.Thereafter,we did the performance evaluation using evaluator tables and some statistical methods.Finally,we got the optimal project management schedule of H company HMI project.In conclusion,this research studied the communication management means which could improve the efficiency and productivity of the HMI project of H company and apply the probable communication management means to the other similar projects.
