With the rapid development of society,the water pollution has been severely damaged.In such a large environment,the presence of air-conditioned experimental vehicles(engineering called groundwater sampling and testing laboratories)has provided a suitable working environment for water quality testing in various fields.In this paper,under the condition of summer air-conditioning and cooling,taking WX1183 chamber as the research object,the finite volume method and k-ε standard turbulence model are used to analyze the distribution characteristics of three-dimensional flow field in the chamber.First of all,introduce the market application background of the air conditioning experimental car,the domestic and international research status related to the flow field in the cabin,the constitution of the air conditioning experimental car and the air conditioning operation principle of the cabin.Secondly,using Solidworks software to establish the physical model of WX1183 experimental vehicle,using the geometric extraction function of fluid calculation domain creation tool ANSYS Design Modeler to generate the inflow calculation domain model and meshing them with mesh components;Then,using the solver FLUENT simulation Calculation,the use of CFD-Post numerical simulation results for processing,making the analysis process more clear and reasonable.The cabin adopts the ventilation method of sending back to the upper form,the jet of air entering from the upper part,squeezing the polluted air to the upper space to discharge and complete the air flow exchange process to improve the air quality in the cabin.According to the principle of air conditioning operation,air conditioners can be divided into two operating conditions of outdoor unit and indoor unit.In this regard,corresponds to two types of cabin model:referred to as outdoor model and indoor model.Ambient temperature in the work area of the chamber should be the proper temperature of the human body,and a balanced flow rate should be maintained.Under the condition of outdoor air conditioner,the numerical simulation of the flow field distribution in the outdoor unit model is carried out.The experimental data are used to verify the accuracy of the numerical method and the model.However,the obtained results show that it does not meet the requirements of the project.Therefore,based on the existing problems,the optimization and improvement plan is put forward,and the numerical optimization method is used to analyze the various optimization and improvement results to select the best plan.The optimal scheme of optimizing and improving the outdoor unit model is applied to the cabin model under the operating condition of the indoor unit of air conditioner.The numerical results obtained by the indoor unit meet the requirements of the ambient temperature and the practical problems existing in the project are solved.The research theories and methods used in the numerical simulation of the three-dimensional flow field in the laboratory cabin can provide ideas and reference for the research of the ventilation and heat transfer of the enclosed space,such as car room,air-conditioned room and train compartment,as well as Ventilation engineering brings practical value and far-reaching significance.
