With economic development and improvement of people's living standard, high-grade highway network through networking and tourism market are gradually warming up. People want to a more comfortable environment to the tourist bus. In order to meet the needs of the market, the bus factories are continuing to improve design and strive to raise the comfort level of product. Using of air-conditioning system is one of the main measures to improve the comfortable environment of the weather conditions. Among the many bus Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Equipment, the most commonly used air-conditioning is still the roof mounted structure. This paper against the body structure with roof mounted structure of the air-conditioned bus, firstly, discuss the indoor air quality of the impact on human comfort ,and in conjunction with air-conditioned passenger cars to a special study to determine the impact on human thermal comfort of various factors and evaluation indicators. Then the analysis of air-conditioned passenger cars overhead indoor air Organization, and established the passenger compartment of CFD simulation model, the passenger compartment of the flow and temperature fields were analyzed.Using CFD simulation, we choose a steady incompressible Renault average N-S equation and RNG k ?εof turbulence model, and considering the solar radiation heat transfer and the impact of radiation on the interior. The results show that: use of roof mounted air-conditioned bus, because of limitations and design flaws, both the temperature and velocity distribution unevenly, and the airflow organization in compartment is unreasonable. These factors, such as the temperature in compartment, the relative humidity and velocity, take effect on passengers in which the passengers on a different withstand the psychological and physical feelings. Finally, we put forward improving measures against the lack of structure and design.
