| The characteristic of the cloud computing data center project is that the unit investment is large,and it is a capital-intensive project.In project construction management,the high cost requires managers to attach great importance to progress control.In order to control the project duration in the shortest possible time,the construction party’s investment will be paid back,and the cost pressure caused by financing will be greatly reduced.This article takes Tairong cloud computing data center construction project as an example to study project schedule control.Schedule control is an important part of project management.At the same time,it is also one of the three management objectives of project investment,schedule and quality.It is an important task of engineering project management to effectively manage the progress of the engineering project so that it can smoothly reach the predetermined goal.Whether it is the construction of some other factory and residential projects of the group,or the construction of data center projects,their construction progress is an important content of project management.To study project progress control from the perspective of construction can provide future work for the company.Valuable organizational process assets.From the perspective of engineering construction,study work decomposition,task division,and time estimation.Analyze the unfavorable factors that affect the schedule,take corresponding control measures,check and correct the deviations of the project,and finally achieve the completion of the project on time and quality.The feasibility of applying project schedule control theory to cloud computing data center construction projects is verified.In this paper,the key chain method is applied to the construction of cloud data center projects,and the application steps and methods of the key chain method progress control are proposed,which has certain reference value for the construction progress control of the same type of projects.This article first summarizes the concepts and theories of the progress control of the cloud computing data center project,analyzes the method problems in the process of the company’s project progress control,and explores its main problems and causes;then combines the results of the above explorations,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the method,and selects A more reasonable and appropriate method is used to constitute the company’s project progress control system;according to the pre-event,mid-event,and post-event progress control in stages,at the same time,the project progress inspection and evaluation are explained,and the corresponding corrective measures are proposed.Finally,the project leadership and management personnel are equipped with organizational guarantees,technical and quality assurance measures for construction progress,construction process communication guarantees,and establishment of accountability and reward mechanisms to ensure ideological guarantee methods. |
