Button cell due to smaller size,widely used in such as computer motherboards,electronic calculators,electronic watches,electronic thermometers,electronic scales,remote control,cameras and other electronic products.However,at the stage of button cell automatic installation technology is not mature,many companies still use manual installation or semi-automated installation,installation of low efficiency,lack of flexibility,and prone to error,far from meeting the production efficiency needs of the present stage.Therefore an automatically installed simulation system of button cell is designed in this paper for the inefficient installation of button cell in electronic calculator to simulate the installing of button cell in production.The installation efficiency has reached 60 pieces per minute,which greatly improves the production efficiency and has a high practical application value.The main works of this paper is as follows:(1)The components of the automatic installed simulation system of button cell are determined by the analyze of the installation process of button battery for electronic calculator.The simulation system is divided into four subsystems,the feeding system,the manipulator system,the vision system,the monitoring system.and the hardware configuration of each subsystem is completed.(2)The principle of the turning for the vibrating reversing machine in the feeding system was studied emphatically.And the principle of parameter design of the turning machine was obtained.And the rigidity calculation model of the plate spring of the core component of the vibration equipment is studied by experiment,and the calculation formula for accurately calculating the plate spring stiffness is determined,which improves the design efficiency of the vibration device.Finally,build feeding system by the design of vibration reversing machine and vibrating feeder.(3)Programming the the robot system and vision system,implement automatic fetching and installation.In order to better centralize the management and control of all parts of the system,this article uses the Omron NJ101-9000PLC and Siemens S7 300PLC programming on the button cell automatic installation simulation system to control and acquisition the entire system status signal.Then use WinCC software to configure the button cell automatic installation simulation system to realize the visualized and centralized management of the system monitoring and control.(4)At last,complete the simulation installation experiment of the system,each part of the system works well.And the efficiency of system installation is tested.According to the experimental data,the efficiency of system installation is evaluated.It is concluded that the installation time of 60 pieces is about 57.7 seconds,When the speed of the manipulator is ninety percent.Meet the requirements of design goals.
