A design method of compatible automatic check-up and testing system is proposed according to open circuit voltage, short circuit current, weight and mechanical automatic product design for Li/MnO2 button batteries in this paper. The best design project is determined and corresponding function demand project along with its parameter calculation are proposed according to the design characteristics, a kind of intellective check-up and testing line for Li/MnO2 button batteries is developed.This thesis discusses the design and framework of the intellective measurement system of battery parameter, analyses the structure, working principle and the performance of the system in particular, and discusses the design of the hardware and software and the exploitation of the LabVIEW programme. At the same time, it also discusses the exploitation and application of data-collection card. Based on the general and flexibility of the system, it completes the measure of open circuit voltage and short circuit automatically, and data transfer. It can save time and manpower, increases the productivity and improves the working condition.In addition, this thesis also discusses the principle and thought of statistical process control, introduced the control charts technology including its design principle, different conditions and how to use control charts in quality sorts, distinguish rules in management system. Based on the characteristic of manufacture craft, emphasized the significance of procedure control in production, to exert function of SPC technology, and considering from PL carried on the system design to the quality control system, studied the design principle, produced the concrete system function structure drawing, and conducted the research to key technology, determined the quality character selection principle and the methods of CP improve. Finally, this thesis also introduces the application of unitary linearity regression in the capability measurement of button batteries.
