The development of products sorting equipment for large bulk particles was put forward to be the research goal in the content of this topic.Because of the cost in research,development and production,the sorting equipment of this kind of product is generally not paid attention to.The sorting of products on the market is mainly concentrated in the sorting industry of large volume products such as logistics express and so on.The main reason is that many enterprises that produce granular particulates do not have scientific research and economic strength to develop sorting equipment.They still use traditional manual sorting methods,which seriously affects the efficiency of production and the accuracy of sorting.The research object of this topic is button sorting equipment.Through the development of this kind of product,we can know the related technology of particulate sorting and provide some technical reference value for the improvement of the technology in this industry.The work done around this central topic is as follows:Based on the basic theory and principle of kinematics and mechanics,the structural characteristics of the bulk particulate material was combined,graphic recognition technology was utilized,the sorting principle of this kind of product,the design method and principle of sorting equipment were put forward,the selection method of specific structural form and related key were given;According to the production characteristics of large quantities of products,modern graphic recognition technology was combined with,the method of using visual recognition was proposed,the selection principle of all kinds of related intelligent components was summarized;Based on the principle of integration of machine,electricity and gas,aiming at the object of this study,the design method of it’s control pneumatic system was outlined.Through the combination of mechanical structure design,electrical appliances,pneumatic technology,and the use of machine vision technology,a device for automatic button sorting was designed.The sorting efficiency of the equipment can reach 24 per second which greatly improved the efficiency of button sorting and promoted the improvement of the automation level of the bulk particle sorting industry. |
