Li-MnO2 button cell has been widely used in industry and People’s Daily life.At present the most of the battery produced by automatic production assembly line,which has an important role in the lower product cost,improve product quality and stability.The sealing process in Li-MnO2 button cell automatic assembly line plays a very important role to prevent battery leakage and improve the storage time.The transmission mode of sealing machine are mainly adopts the hydraulic and three-phase ac motor by clutch CAM intermittent movement.the former has a series of issues,for example:the oil temperature is too high,the hydraulic cylinder is easy to aging then leak oil and oil pressure fluctuation;The latter,due to frequent clutch action then mechanical wear serious and have to repair the problem frequently;At the same time,the two methods have the problem of high noise when seal.Therefore the most pressing needs are the development of a sealing machine with low noise,stable sealing height,small faults and mechanical wear and easy to maintain.In this paper,study the sealing machine structure of Li-MnO2 button cell assembly line,servo motor as driving power of sealing machine is presented in this paper.A Li-MnO2 button cell automatic assembly line and the control system of the line is developed,the main research content is as follows:The mechanical characteristics of Li-MnO2 button cell sealing machine were studied.The kinematics and dynamics model of eccentric mechanism in sealing machine is established.Analyze the kinematics and dynamics characteristics,determine the displacement,velocity,and the force of the eccentric wheel mechanism seal punch in one work cycle,to lay the foundation for the mechanism design of sealing machine.The strength design of the Li-MnO2 button cell sealing machine were studied.Software Ansys Workbench statics analysis was carried out on the sealing machine,and found the deformation and stress distribution under limit condition,found the main factors influencing the height deviation after sealing cell,and determine the structure size of key-module.The storage structure of the Li-MnO2 button cell sealing machine were studied.Battery sealing process load is the impact load,the load is very large just at the moment of sealing,and in the downstream and upstream process the sealing machine load is small.In order to save energy,and puts forward a kind of energy storage device based on flywheel,study the matching relationship among the energy storage device,the sealing force and servo motor.The development of control system in Li-MnO2 button cell assembly line were studied.Build the hardware platform of Li-MnO2 button cell assembly line control system based on touch screen and programmable controller.Develop the software of control system,realize mechanical and electronic system on-line debugging with the whole line.
