| With the rapid development of China’s auto industry,China has become the largest car sales country in the world.The big world automobile group have increased their investment in China.More than 100 new vehicle are launched in China all the year,and the competition of the automobile industry is becoming bigger and bigger.Every big enterprise occupied the market quickly as soon as possible.The powertrain is very important as the heart of the car.Because of china 6 emission standard regulations and bringing a large number of new technologies,the development difficulty and risk of the powertrain are improved.Under the dual pressure of short development cycle and difficult development,the progress management of powertrain R&D projects is becoming more and more important.Based on this,this paper studies the project plan and management of the B CE series powertrain development project as the background.The main research contents include:(1)On the basis of relevant research status at home and abroad and the theory of project progress management,this paper analyzes the current project schedule management means of B company,and further introduces the research and development project of the power assembly of B company,which is the main object of this study.(2)On the basis of the above(1),using the tools and methods such as WBS work decomposition,activity definition,responsibility matrix,activity sequencing,time schedule estimation and schedule arrangement,the progress plan of B CE series power assembly R&D project is compiled,and some notices when using WBS to decompose work and difficulties in estimating the time limit are analyzed.And the solution.Furthermore,the optimization of the schedule is completed through the compression of time limit and the setting of buffers.(3)Through the establishment of reporting system,key problem tracking mechanism,supplier tracking mechanism and other methods to achieve progress plan control,in particular,in view of the various problems encountered in the actual project to study how to realize the change of schedule.On the one hand,this paper discusses how to apply the theory and method of schedule management to the actual project of an enterprise.On the other hand,accumulated experience in B company’s subsequent R&D projects. |
