| Engineering quality management is one of the important contents of engineering project management,involving the safety of life and property of the broad masses of people.Only by conducting effective project quality management,ensuring that the technical standards and safety standards of project quality meet the requirements of national norms,and finally meeting the project’s expected quality goals,can the project’s economic and social benefits be improved.With the continuous advancement of the country’s deepening reform process,engineering project quality management is bound to receive more attention.Therefore,how to improve the quality management capability of an engineering project and how to apply advanced project quality management theory and methods to actual projects and generate benefits will become particularly important.This article has thoroughly reviewed the literature of quality management research at home and abroad,and organized related theoretical research on construction project quality management and Six Sigma quality management.Taking the S project as a specific case,the basic situation of the S project and its characteristics were introduced.Through interviews and questionnaires,the problems in the four aspects of the current status and quality management of the S project were investigated and identified:early planning management issues,improper construction process management,Quality supervision issues,materials procurement,storage and use,and construction machinery management issues;causal analysis diagrams are used to analyze the root causes of quality problems,and it is pointed out that the quality problems of project S are mainly due to the complicated quality inspection and security inspection processes,the project personnel’s quality awareness is not strong,and quality measures Caused by poor implementation.Through the use of Six Sigma-DMAIC steps for quality improvement and analysis of the effects of quality improvement,finally put forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of DMAIC steps in S project. |
