In recent years,the new shipbuilding market,due to the reduction of orders,led to the gradual enhancement of competitiveness,shipbuilding enterprises want to remain invincible in the competition,must be excellent quality to customer satisfaction.With the requirement of localization of casting outsourcing products,company D changed from foreign manufacturers to domestic manufacturers.Due to the large gap between the product quality of domestic manufacturers and that of foreign manufacturers,the quality of D company’s purchased castings declined seriously,which seriously affected the construction quality of D company’s ships.Due to the uniqueness of the materials of the purchased castings,the processing methods and processes are relatively complicated and the processing cycle is relatively long,which will seriously affect the production schedule of company D and cause unnecessary quality and property losses.In order to effectively improve the quality of D company’s castings,the quality management of D company’s castings was studied.In this study,six sigma management theory is applied to study the defects in quality management of D company’s castings.By using the method of fishbone diagram,this paper analyzes the main causes of the quality problems of D company’s castings and finds out the loopholes in the management.According to the main cause,make improvement countermeasures.First,establish the quality management organization of castings,construct the six sigma quality management organization,and then conduct an empirical study on the quality improvement of six sigma according to the DMAIC method in the six sigma quality management analysis tool.First,establish six sigma quality management institution to improve quality management awareness.Secondly,DMAIC method is used to carry out detailed analysis from five stages.During the measurement phase,the defect types of purchased castings,the discovery phase and the current quality inspection process of company D were sorted out to find the main stage of lack of monitoring.During the analysis stage,summarize the unqualified items of D company’s castings in recent years,and analyze the main causes and frequency distribution of the unqualified items in detail;In the improvement stage,specific improvement plans are made for the frequent quality defects;In the quality control stage,verify the effect of the improvement plan and make continuous improvement to the deficiencies.Finally,this paper formulated the guarantee measures for D company to implement DMAIC method to improve the quality of castings purchased by D company,so as to effectively implement the improvement measures.The research in this paper provides theoretical guidance for the quality improvement of D company’s castings,significantly improving the product quality of D company’s castings suppliers,and achieving a win-win effect.At the same time,the research method in this paper can provide reference and guidance for the quality improvement of other types of purchased products of company D,as well as theoretical reference and reference for other enterprises with frequent casting problems. |
