With the rapid development of the domestic subway industry, more and more cities begin to build the subway project, but the subway engineering technology is complex, huge investment, long construction period, difficulty in management and so on. However, Domestic project management level is still at the stage of development, and even copy the foreign management theory, management methods have great limitations. Meticulous management can enable managers to take a careful look at the actual situation of the domestic project, is committed to each link in the process of excellence, contribute to the high efficiency, high quality of the completion of the project. This paper first describes the development history of fine management and its domestic and international status quo, at the same time, this paper expounds the fine management theory and engineering project management theory, and the combination of the two subway integrated monitoring system quality control is analyzed. In view of the factors that affect the quality of the Metro integrated monitoring system, the application of the fine management theory is applied to analyze the main impact on the quality of the project implementation. In the bidding stage, the use of the value index method is compared with the method of ABC classification, and the causes of the system are analyzed by using the method of causal analysis. The above method was successfully applied to the extension line of Tianjin Metro Line 2, and the effect was remarkable. I hope that the above method can be helpful to the project management of integrated supervisory and control system in China.
