| As one of the long-term development prospects of renewable energy,wind power generation plays an increasingly important role in the power supply in our country.With the policy support,the installed level of China’s wind power industry is constantly improving,the wind power market is expanding,and the number of wind power enterprises has increased substantially.At the same time,the number of core parts suppliers in the wind power industry is also growing.According to the characteristics of the wind power industry,most parts of the wind power manufacturing enterprises are purchased.In order to meet the challenges,reduce the cost and ensure the quality of supply,the machine manufacturing enterprises need to actively seek the best management mode to improve the efficiency of the supply chain and select the right chain partners.It also help the sound development of the supply chain between wind power enterprises and wind power component suppliers as well as the wind power industry.The development of wind power in China,after the industry development and supply chain tend to mature and the influence of market expansion,resource constraints and government regulation,the dominant position of the machine manufacturing enterprises and suppliers keeps changing.Under these circumstances,the requirements of machine manufacturing enterprises for products and services provided by suppliers are different in different periods,which will also affect the selection of suppliers by machine manufacturing enterprises.In this paper,the payoff matrix of game is made on the period when supply exceeds demand and the period when supply exceeds demand.From the perspective of machine manufacturing enterprises,the different requirements of machine manufacturing enterprises on product price,product quality,delivery capacity,technical supportand so on.provided by suppliers in different periods.The evolutionary game model of is established for the cooperation between the supplier and the manufacturing enterprise.Finally,focusing on the price,quality,delivery capacity,technology and other indicators,through the analysis of the market strategic needs of machine manufacturing enterprises in different periods,the weight of supplier selection indicators is adjusted,a dynamic supplier selection system is constructed,and the optimal strategy of supplier selection is analyzed based on the evaluation results of different situations.The scoring and selection results are achieved through enterprise research.The research draws the following conclusions:(1)in order to get more market share and ensure the smooth assembly process,the machine manufacturing enterprises pay more attention to the delivery ability of suppliers,while in the buyer’s market,the high-quality and high-performance products can make the machine manufacturing enterprises get higher profits,and the machine manufacturing enterprises will pay more attention to quality and technology.(2)The cooperation between the machine manufacturing enterprises and suppliers cooperate depends on the profit of cooperation,the cost of cooperation and the speculative cost brought by non-cooperation.Under the active and long-term healthy cooperation,the evolution strategy of supply chain cooperation will eventually move towards the cooperation.(3)Based on the above analysis,a dynamic supplier selection system is established,the system combinesa case analysisto achieve optimization the supplier selection scheme of complete machine manufacturing enterprises.The research results combined with the multi-dimensional objective evaluation results can provide the best scheme for the supplier selection of wind power manufacturing enterprises. |
