| The arch dam is a high-order statically indeterminate shell structure,which is an important dam type commonly used at present.It has the advantages of superior economy,large overload capacity and strong self-adjusting ability.Due to the large volume of pouring,large temperature stress will be generated during the construction of the concrete dam,which will cause cracks in the dam and threaten the safety of the dam.In order to effectively control the generation of temperature cracks,measures such as corresponding water passing and lowering pouring temperature can be adopted in the concrete pouring process to regulate the temperature rise process after the dam body is poured.However,since the temperature field of the dam is affected by many factors during the actual pouring process,the prediction of temperature and stress becomes difficult,which makes the control of the intensity of the temperature control measure difficult.Therefore,the powerful computing power of the computer and the advantages of the finite element simulation technology can be used to accurately predict the temperature field and stress field of the dam during construction and operation.Based on the simulation calculation results under the conditions of various temperature control measures,the optimization scheme of temperature control is analyzed.The conclusions of this study are of great significance for guiding the actual project construction.Based on the environmental parameters of the Sankouhe arch dam site,the Adina finite element software was adopted to simulate the pouring and temperature control process of the arch dam.And the distribution of the temperature field and stress field of the dam were analyzed to study the superposition of different temperature control measures.The main contents of this paper mainly include:(1)Based on the measured data of the weather station,the environmental parameters such as temperature,water temperature,wind speed and solar radiation in the dam site area are fitted to make the simulation calculation better in line with the actual construction operation process.(2)Based on the climatic data of the dam site,the stable temperature field and the quasi-stable temperature field of the dam are calculated,and the temperature variation law of the dam during operation is explored.(3)The pouring process of dam body is simulated under the basic scheme condition of the foundation temperature control scheme,and the temperature field and stress field distribution of the dam body are explored to analyze the problems of the basic temperature control scheme.(4)Based on the basic scheme,the parameters of the water cooling and the pouring temperature are adjusted,and the influences of different parameters on the temperature field and temperature stress field of the dam are compared to realize the optimization of the basic temperature control scheme. |
