When the temperature tensile stress exceeds the allowed tensile strength of concrete, can lead to the occurrence of cracks,Correctly finding out the thermal stress developing process and distributing regularity of arch dam is very meaningful to lay down appropriate temperature control criterion,to take corresponding slit prevention measures and to correctly direct concrete constructing.In addition, the study of the internal temperature field of concrete arch dam, provides the temperature history curve for the temperature-stress tests and prepares for the study of early age cracking resistance arch from a holistic perspective.Therefore the thermal and stress field simulation become to an important research subject.In this paper the finite element model is established by ANSYS software and it is posed to use the Fortran temperature control simulation programme to calculation the temperature field and thermal stress,then use the tecplot software to carry the postprocessing, Analyzed Dagangshan hyperbolic arch dam temperature field and stress field of the construction period,and made a comprehensive study of its characteristics and development law; made suggestions for the design and construction reference.And provided the temperature history curve for the temperature-stress tests.Through the research above,we can calculate the temperature field and thermal stress of the mass concrete structure with surface heat insulation or by sequence placement,which provide the scientific references for the temperature field and thermal stress calculation of the mass concrete structure,and provide theory for the further study on the mass concrete temperature control. |
