Schedule, cost, quality management is the three big management in project management, and schedule and cost is a combination of contradictions, opposite and unified relationship between them, looking for a best balance between them,is to create a key of project benefits. In the process of engineering construction,it is reasonable to determine the construction period and optimize the cost of construction, which will have a great impact on the control of project cost and the management benefit of the project. This paper mainly discusses how to realize the maximization of enterprise wealth by strengthening project progress and cost management and control.Thesis of chengdu metro line X G bid Project activities do the decomposition of WBS structure, formulate the detailed activity time parameter table,on the basis of the preliminary establishment of chengdu metro line X G bid Project progress schedule, and use of Microsoft Office Project 2007 drawing schedule crossing chart and clear overall process and progress of the Project.Secondly, the cost of the project is estimated, and each cost is calculated by tabular form. The overall cost plan of the project department is proposed.Again,on the basis of previous work,by the CPM method, this paper builds-cost balance linear programming model, the introduction of the emergency cost and period cost, the optimization of the project,to speed up the project progress, decrease in the number of days with the construction period. Finally,a series of measures are put forward to ensure the optimization result of the progress cost. The research results of this paper are of reference value to reduce the construction period, reduce the cost of the enterprise, accumulate the wealth of the construction enterprises, and increase the core competitiveness.
