Realizing the industrial upgrading and transformation of the construction industry is an inevitable requirement for sustainable development of the pillar industry of the national economy.Under the new situation,the continuous integration of information technology and the development of the construction industry is an inevitable way to shape the new business of the construction industry.How to apply BIM technology to realize the innovation of management and control methods,and effectively realize the management and control of the two goals of schedule and cost is the key to the construction enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the strong superiority and development driving force of BIM technology in management,as well as the progress,cost control connotation,characteristics and implementation mechanism of BIM technology.From the perspective of enterprises and projects,research on the application requirements of BIM technology and get the following conclusions:(1)This paper builds a BIM-based collaborative management and control platform from the conceptual level,which is guided by classical management theory,supported by mathematical methods to scientificlly and quantitatively analysis of management objectives,supplemented by a well-established hardware system and realize the deep application of various functions of BIM.And based on this platform,a complete schedule and cost control plan is proposed.While extending the boundaries of construction activities in time and space,it has realized multi-dimensional information exchange and cooperation among various participating entities,improved the effect of management control,and promoted the development of construction project management control to a broader and deeper level.(2)Under the guidance of maturity theory and fuzzy comprehensive theory,the evaluation model of BIM technology application capability maturity was established.The index system in this model is composed of three levels: technical ability,process capability and strategic ability.The AHP method and the grey relational analysis method are used to realize the weighting of indicators.The model can realize the objective measurement and evaluation of the management control behavior and effect of the enterprise in the construction process,and play a good guiding and guiding role for the improvement and development of the future management process behavior.(3)Taking the city library project of Shanxi Province as an example,based on the application idea and the maturity model of BIM proposed in this paper,the effect of BIM technology application of the construction enterprise was analyzed and static measurement was carried out.The quantitative evaluation,based on the evaluation results,proposes the implementation of the BIM technology application improvement of the construction enterprise.It shows that the BIM application capability maturity model constructed in this paper has good practicality and operability.
