Convenience store chain industry is one of the rapidly developing formats in China in recent years.After years of competition,the core competitiveness of this industry has been gradually transferred from store laying and commodity research and development to the logistics system.Under the new retail background,The traditional single-temperature layer distribution mode requires multiple vehicles and multiple distribution,which not only increases the distribution cost,but also reduces the distribution efficiency and even affects the urban traffic.This paper takes the cold chain distribution of chain convenience stores as the research object,summarizes the development situation and characteristics of the chain convenience store industry under the background of new retail in China,and analyzes the distribution system of chain convenience stores in China by consulting a lot of research and literature related to multi-temperature co-distribution and vehicle routing problem.This paper summarizes the common problems of chain convenience store enterprises in logistics distribution in China.Aiming at the existing problems,this paper puts forward the multi-temperature co-distribution mode suitable for China’s chain convenience stores,discusses the selection of multi-temperature co-distribution mode and the construction of distribution plan based on the chain convenience stores,and takes the distribution system of L chain convenience stores as an example to carry out the feasibility analysis of the implementation of multitemperature co-distribution.In this paper,L chain convenience store as an example,according to the existing distribution mode of the enterprise,the establishment of the distribution mode related models;Based on the above multi-temperature co-distribution mode selection and distribution plan,a multi-temperature codistribution mode model of refrigerator type was constructed.Aiming at the phenomenon that some convenience stores are out of stock,this paper puts forward a replenishment scheme in daytime,and builds a replenishment model of multi-temperature co-allocation with time window on the basis of the multi-temperature co-allocation model.Standard genetic algorithm and genetic algorithm combined with variable neighborhood search were used to solve the different models.After the comprehensive analysis of the solution results,it is concluded that the distribution optimization scheme in this paper has a good effect on improving the existing problems of chain convenience stores.The implementation of multi-temperature co-distribution mode has positive significance for simplifying vehicle scheduling,improving distribution efficiency,reducing logistics cost,improving store turnover and customer satisfaction.
