| The hydraulic pump is one of the earliest power source machine invented by human,as the power component of the hydraulic system,which has been widely used in industry,agriculture,military,and other aspects of life,play a decisive role.Today,demand for the hydraulic pump is only slightly lower than the electric motor.In the development process of the hydraulic pump,a variety types of hydraulic pump had been used in different application occasions that according to the structural form of the pumps.In the development and evolution of the hydraulic pump,the hydraulic pump performance parameters,structural optimization,noise,friction and other aspects of the research has been continued,but the main structure form of the pump has not been substantial improvement.This paper briefly introduce the classification,structure characteristic and the present research situation of hydraulic pump.Design a new structure of the hydraulic pump,because of the pump with two dimension motion at work that ordered its name for the two-dimensional(2D)single hydraulic pump.The main work of this paper:(1)Expound the working principle of two-dimensional(2D)pump,using Solidworks software to determine the overall structure of the two-dimensional(2D)single hydraulic pump,calculation the important structure parameters.The mechanical properties of the two dimensional(2D)hydraulic single pump were analyzed,and the strength,stiffness and fatigue strength of the main structure were checked by simulation.Complete the two-dimensional(2D)hydraulic single pump optimization design and determine the materials and manufacturing process.(2)Design and research the end cam,analyzing the reason of the error between the 3D modeling way and traditional way of cam processing and manufacturing,proposed a error compensation method by MATLAB software for 3D modeling way of processing,eliminating the gap between the wheel and the end face of the cam,and improving the wheel accuracy when wheel moving on the cam.(3)Build the two-dimensional(2D)hydraulic single pump test bench.Do the feasibility test on the prototype,the working pressure and flow had been tested.The test proved the feasibility of the working principle and structure of the two-dimensional(2D)hydraulic single pump,prototype working pressure can reach 4MPa,the work flow of up to 10L/min.Through the structural design,simulation and test trials of two-dimensional(2D)hydraulic single pump,this paper demonstrates the feasibility of its principles and structure. |
