In the national production and life of the pump has a very wide range of applications,such as applied to the mining drainage of the tunnel,ship manufacturing,metallurgical furnaces,industrial refrigeration,jet refrigeration cycle in various liquid transportation,agricultural irrigation,urban drainage,electric power system,national defense construction and other fields.Working medium pump as power components in the jet refrigeration system,its performance depends on the stable operation of the system and the efficiency of the system plays an important role,domestic main working medium pump as the low efficiency,poor performance and low cavitation resistance,low head,and applied to the solar ejector refrigeration system in the working medium pump efficiency is lower,this article selects a centrifugal pump as the research object,establish three-dimensional model of different number of blade working medium pump,the impeller was analyzed and the pressure and velocity distribution and the distribution of the cavitation phenomenon,comparing simulation and experiment under different turbulence models,The reliability of DES turbulence model in multistage centrifugal pump simulation is verified.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The current solar ejector refrigeration system at home and abroad was reviewed in this paper the research situation of working medium pump,pump and the problems existing in the research process,select 25 cdlf1-36 vertical multistage centrifugal pump as the research object,using the empirical formula and the known pump parameters(head,200 m,rated flow 1 m3 / h,the speed of 2900 r/min,series level 36)calculated diameter of axle and wheel diameter,the impeller outlet diameter,impeller impeller outlet width,diameter of import and export,etc.(2)According to the known parameters and calculated parameters,using cfturbo software build 25 cdlf1-36,the head of multistage centrifugal pump impeller model and then use pumplinx mesh for the model and numerical simulation,according to the calculation results of 25 cdlf1-36 multistage centrifugal pump flow,head and efficiency of analysis,the results and the known head,efficiency are basically identical.(3)Experimental verification of the built model and analysis of the experimental results.Under the rated flow rate,the measured efficiency of the pump is 34.5% and the lift is 198 m.The uncertainty of the total efficiency of the pump was 3.81%.(4)Urical simulation,the table is established according to the calculation results of orthogonal analysis,the influence factors of the working medium pump by the Lord to the time of blade outlet width,blade outlet Angle,blade inlet Angle;The main influencing factors are blade outlet width,then blade outlet Angle,and finally blade inlet Angle.Moreover,the optimal scheme is modeled and numerically calculated,and the distribution of pressure and velocity distribution in impeller and blade runner under different operating conditions and the distribution of cavitation are analyzed.(5)On the basis of orthogonal experiment,establish different blade outlet Angle,blade inlet Angle of attack,the parameters such as impeller outlet width change after the model,the simulation calculation of the flow field distribution in the interior of the pump and the change of external characteristic curve.Impeller internal flow loss mechanism,explored the blade in the transitional period of structure and the parameter change on the properties of multistage centrifugal pump impeller,according to the simulation results it is concluded that under the rated flow pump head is 198.6 m,the efficiency of 36.3%.The results show that the optimization model significantly reduces water loss.The feasibility of orthogonal analysis is also verified.The research of this paper provides experience and methods for design,internal flow field analysis and performance prediction.
