Research Based On The Technical Knowledge Diffusion Of International Citation:Evidence From China

Agriculture is a basic industry related to food security and even national security,and the improvement of agricultural green total factor productivity is an important way to ensure the sustainable development of agriculture.As the first agricultural province in China,Shandong Province has been in the forefront of agricultural development quality for a long time under the support of agricultural and rural policies.The extensive agricultural development mode has been gradually improved,and agricultural non-point source pollution has been preliminarily controlled.However,the excessive consumption of agricultural means of production continues,the agricultural economic growth is slow,and the contradiction between agricultural production and ecological environment continues to exist.Seriously restrict the healthy and sustainable development of agriculture in Shandong Province.The 14th Five-Year Plan of Shandong Province for the Protection of Agricultural and Rural Ecological Environment has set the goal of controlling agricultural non-point source pollution and continuously improving rural ecological environment by 2025,and promoting the improvement of agricultural green total factor productivity is an effective measure to improve the utilization rate of agricultural resources,alleviate agricultural pollution and promote sustainable and circular development of agriculture in Shandong Province.Therefore,scientific evaluation of total factor production efficiency of agriculture in Shandong Province under the constraint of green environment,in order to realize the coordinated development of agricultural production in resource consumption,economic output and environmental protection,is of great significance to promote the balanced development of agricultural modernization and agricultural ecological civilization in Shandong Province.This paper takes agricultural green total factor productivity of Shandong Province as the research object and selects panel data of Shandong Province and 16 prefecture-level cities from 2010 to 2020 to construct an index system that includes labor,land and resource consumption as inputs,and takes total output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery and agricultural carbon emissions as outputs.The Super EBM model containing the undesired output was used to measure the agricultural green total factor productivity and its decomposition in Shandong Province,and its spatial pattern evolution characteristics were analyzed by visualization method,and its improvement direction was analyzed from the perspective of input-output.Malmquist-Luenberger index method was used to explore the dynamic changes of agricultural green total factor productivity in Shandong Province and analyze its spatial differences.Panel Tobit regression model was used to explore the influencing factors of agricultural green total factor productivity,and finally the improvement strategy was proposed based on the above research.The results showed that:(1)the agricultural green total factor productivity of Shandong Province showed a continuous rising trend,and the overall increase reached 38.79%during the study period.The agricultural scale efficiency was higher than the pure technical efficiency,and the growth mode was technology-driven.(2)Technological progress is the main driving force to promote the growth of agricultural green total factor productivity.It is estimated that the average ML index is 1.033 during the ten years from 2010 to 2020,while the average annual technical progress index is 1.036,and the comprehensive technical efficiency change index is only 0.997.(3)The regression results showed that the level of scientific research investment,agricultural machinery density and economic development level had significant positive effects on the agricultural green total factor productivity in Shandong Province,while the agricultural financial expenditure and industrial structure had significant negative effects.Based on the research conclusion,the development strategy of agricultural green total factor productivity in Shandong province should be put forward from the aspects of increasing the financial expenditure to support agriculture,improving the level of human capital,promoting the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure,strengthening regional coordination and so on.
