| As China enters a new historical stage of development,the country’s economic structure has undergone major changes,paying more attention to the quality of economic development.On the one hand,in order to promote the harmonious development of economy and environment,the state introduced relevant policies of "capacity reduction and structure adjustment" without adjusting the industrial structure as soon as possible;on the other hand,facing the resumption,transportation,rising costs,the chemical industry faces unprecedented challenges.How to gain a competitive advantage in an increasingly complex environment is a practical problem facing every enterprise.As a key group of the company,how to give full play to their role is very important to the company.YH company is a local private chemical company,whose business scope is some environmental protection materials and some major chemical products.In December2019,it was rated as a national high-tech enterprise.It is the only one specializing in special molecular screening and environmental protection catalyst research and development,and an important production and experimental base of the group.The management system of YH company is slowly explored according to the local conditions,which has a relatively perfect management system and has high practical value.But at the same time,there are also problems such as the unreasonable salary structure and the incentive system on the surface,which leads to the decline of the enthusiasm of the company’s employees and other phenomena.The research in this paper focuses the optimization of compensation incentive around the topic of compensation incentive optimization for core employees of YH.This paper combined with the theoretical research,the YH core employee compensation incentive problems,put forward the principles and ideas of compensation incentive optimization,and find out the causes of such problems,finally according to the reality of YH company,put forward the targeted,scientific and feasible optimization scheme,build a relatively perfect core employee compensation incentive.At the same time,the corresponding safeguard system measures are put forward to ensure the implementation of the salary incentive.The countermeasures and safeguard measures for the core employees are useful for the management practice of related organizations. |
