| Grass roots workers are the cornerstone of enterprise operation and development.The continuous improvement of grass-roots employees’ labor enthusiasm is the inexhaustible driving force for enterprise development.However,the level of workers’ labor enthusiasm is largely affected by the salary level.With the development of economy and society,the content of compensation has become increasingly diversified,including both economic compensation and non economic compensation.The diversity of employees’ goals shows that money is not their only goal.So what factors will affect the salary satisfaction of grass-roots employees?How to improve employees’ salary satisfaction through salary management optimization,so as to maximize employees’ enthusiasm,should become the focus of enterprises.Enterprise M is a state-owned coal mine enterprise in Shanxi Province.In recent years,under the influence of the decline in coal prices and the COVID-19,the salary level of employees in enterprise M has declined.In addition,many problems in the management of salary satisfaction have led to the continuous decline in the salary satisfaction of grass-roots employees,resulting in the brain drain of the enterprise and the decline in the enthusiasm of employees.How to improve employees’ salary satisfaction and retain talents to improve employees’ work enthusiasm has become a key issue in the talent development strategy of M enterprise.Using the relevant theories of salary management and enterprise management,taking m state-owned coal enterprise in Shanxi Province as an example,this thesis summarizes and combs the current situation of salary management of grass-roots employees in M enterprise through the development overview of M enterprise and the distribution of grass-roots employee structure,combined with the actual situation of salary system,salary structure and salary level of M enterprise;Then,through the way of questionnaire survey,design relevant indicators and problems,make quantitative analysis on the salary satisfaction of grass-roots employees in M enterprise from the salary system,salary structure,salary level and salary management,and deeply analyze the problems existing in the salary management of employees in M enterprise.Finally,from the perspective of reasonably improving the salary level of employees,optimizing the post benefit salary,implementing the flexible welfare system and improving the performance appraisal system,this thesis puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to continuously improve the salary satisfaction of grass-roots employees in M enterprise. |
