At present,China’s economy has changed from high-speed growth to high-quality development,giving full play to the role of scientific and technological innovation in high-quality development.As an important resource,human resource is an important pillar of the sustainable development of an enterprise.How to attract and absorb talents has become a common problem faced by research institutes and enterprises.It is very important for the survival and development of an organization to establish a good salary incentive.For science and technology enterprises,human resource advantage determines the scientific research ability and achievement transformation ability of enterprises to a large extent,which is the concentrated embodiment of the core competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,the research on the compensation incentive plan of such enterprises has important theoretical value and practical significance.In this paper,XB Institute for Nonferrous Metals Research’s salary incentive system as the main research content,based on the relevant theory of salary incentive.Using literature research,questionnaire survey,Field interview,data analysis and other research methods.Through the analysis of XB Institute for Nonferrous Metals Research salary incentive status,as well as through the issuance of questionnaires to collect employees’ satisfaction and recognition of the existing salary incentive system of the Research Institute,to find out the existing problems,analyze the causes of their occurrence,find out the root causes of their occurrence,and put forward targeted improvement suggestions in combination with the relevant salary theory.Through the optimization and improvement of the existing salary incentive system,a targeted optimization scheme is formed to effectively solve the current problems,improve the salary incentive effect of XB Institute for Nonferrous Metals Research,and increase the overall satisfaction of employees.I hope that the relevant research results can effectively solve the current problems and bring some reference to other similar research institutes.It can provide useful enlightenment for the salary system of innovative scientific research institutes,so as to solve the human resource problems caused by salary incentive and promote the development of enterprises. |
