| China’s livestock industry has developed rapidly since the reform and opening up,and achieved remarkable development.The rapid development of livestock breeding industry has obviously driven economic development,effectively promoted the improvement of economic benefits for farmers,and steadily promoted the reform of rural industrial structure.But the negative impact of concomitant with the booming industry also emerges,aquaculture pollution becomes increasingly serious,some pungent odor,livestock breeding industry distribution area of soil,air,water pollution to be reckoned with,and in serious effects on ecological environment at the same time also bring negative effects to surrounding livelihood.General Secretary Xi Jinping has stressed several times: It is not desirable to destroy the ecological environment in exchange for economic growth and development,which runs counter to the great mission of promoting socialism with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,to control the pollution caused by the existing livestock breeding,it has become a problem that must be faced and solved at the present stage to improve economic benefits and adjust the internal structure of the industry.Governance behavior should not only focus on the present,but also face the future,laying the foundation and paving the way for the long-term,orderly and healthy development of the industry.Lanling County,formerly known as Cangshan County,is a representative breeding area in the province.Lanling County’s livestock breeding pollution was once quite serious.Since 2015,it has actively carried out breeding pollution control actions and actively promoted industrial transformation,which has achieved considerable results on the road of ecological environment protection.The follow-up governance is still being carried out,and the whole governance is worth analyzing and researching.In order to study the actual impact of various factors on pollution control of livestock breeding,and to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for various problems,this study designed questionnaires for 17 breeding towns in Lanling County,and a total of 645 questionnaires were collected.As for the collected questionnaires,this study sorted out the obtained data,firstly described the samples,and then added up the frequency of each option in the questionnaire.Four questions with the highest frequency were reflected in the situation of livestock breeding: pollution discharge,capital investment,resource utilization and environmental awareness.They are assumed to be the four representative factors that have a major impact on the pollution control of livestock breeding,and the overall context of the formation of the problems in the four aspects and their impact is sorted out,which is the qualitative analysis of the survey data.The method of stepwise regression analysis was applied.Quantifiable indicators of the four representative factors were chosen to generate the influence weight of each factor on livestock breeding pollution control work.The hypothesis of each problem before analysis was verified.After the stepwise regression,in order to put forward practical suggestions for the characteristics of livestock farmers in Lanling County,this study adopts the method of cluster analysis to select representative analyzable samples from the questionnaire.According to four different quantitative indicators: age;annual income;educational background and prevention knowledge source,the livestock farmers investigated were classified into four representative groups.Through the interpretation of the four clustering results,the characteristics of the four representative groups were described and named.After two steps of qualitative and quantitative analysis,this study combined macro and micro factors,taking into account the ecological environment and the will of farmers.The following suggestions were put forward: strengthening the publicity of environmental protection concept by using the emerging media such as the Internet and short videos;strong support shall be given to those who are interested in learning cutting-edge technologies;enriching industrial types and coordinating the transformation of livelihood mode of farmers;reward and punishment for supporting environmental protection facilities and construction of engineering projects;promotion of mature production mode and innovative production concept;strengthening legal constraints and production standards. |
