Study On Pollution Control Of Livestock And Poultry Breeding Environment In Chencang District

Since the Reform and Opening,Chinese animal husbandry has developed rapidly,which not only creates conditions for farmers to increase their income and become rich,but also promotes the adjustment of rural industrial structure.But with the rapid development of aquaculture,the problem of pollution is becoming more and more serious,livestock and poultry breeding pollution control has become the urgent task at present and the future and also is important content.Since 2011,the pollution control of livestock and poultry breeding in Chencang District has achieved remarkable results on the environmental protection.The paper starts from the domestic livestock and poultry breeding pollution control theory research situation,and the policies and regulations,control countermeasures,control technology,overseas practical experience and other aspects has been respectively studied and intoduces the theoretical basis of pollution control of livestock and poultry breeding environment in China.Then,the pollution regulation of livestock and poultry breeding environment in Chencang District was studied from six aspects:livestock and poultry breeding,breeding pollution,breeding pollution regulation,breeding pollution regulation methods and measures,livestock and poultry resource utilization and non-hazardous treatment of sick and dead livestock and poultry.Among them,the paper mainly introduces the regulation of Yesi Village,Yangping Town,a typical aquaculture village in Chencang District.Through field investigation and visit,questionnaire distribution,household interview and other forms.It gets comprehensive understanding of the Chencang District livestock and poultry breeding pollution control development process,policy measures,work and control effect.Finally concludes 13 problems,for example,publicity and education is not thorough,breeding owners’ environmental protection consciousness is weak,the industrial layout is unreasonable,environmental protection facilities is not perfect and so on.Combined with the practical experience of developed countries,domestic research theory and the author’s own practical experience,the paper puts forward 8 valuable advice to adjust and optimize it,like strengthen publicity and education,perfecting laws and regulations,reasonable adjustment of industry layout,improve the environmental protection facilities and so on.Finally,the author hope these suggestions can be helpful to livestock and poultry breeding pollution treatment in Chencang and other similar areas of China.
