Research On The Impact Of Industrial Agglomeration On Industrial Land Green Efficiency ——Take The Yellow River Basin As An Example

Facing the increasingly tense situation of industrial land in China,the green development of industrial land has become more important to promoting high-quality industrialization.At the same time,industrial development and industrial land use are closely linked.Clarifying the mechanism of industrial agglomeration on green efficiency of industrial land has important significance for realizing the intensive and green utilization of industrial land.As an important geographical area in China,the Yellow River Basin is an important area for China’s industrial development.The tension between man and land is its development challenge.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to systematically explore the impact of industrial agglomeration on the green efficiency of industrial land.Firstly,combined with the existing theoretical results,this paper analyzes the mechanism of industrial specialization agglomeration and diversification agglomeration.By discussing its mode of action from the perspectives of positive externality and negative externality,this paper analyzes the impact on the green efficiency of industrial land.Secondly,based on the panel data of 79 prefecture level cities in the Yellow River Basin from 2006 to2019,this paper analyzes the current situation of industrial agglomeration and green utilization of industrial land in the Yellow River Basin by constructing indicators of industrial specialization agglomeration and diversification agglomeration and green efficiency of industrial land.Using panel data model to explore the impact of industrial specialization agglomeration and diversification agglomeration on the green efficiency of industrial land,as well as regional and industrial heterogeneity,and deeply explore the causes of differences.The conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,the overall level of industrial agglomeration in the Yellow River Basin continues to improve,and the levels of professional agglomeration and diversified agglomeration show an increasing trend.In particular,the improvement rate of diversified agglomeration level is the fastest,and the characteristics of diversified agglomeration are becoming more and more obvious.There are differences in the agglomeration level of different river basin sections.The specialized agglomeration presents the spatial distribution characteristics of high in the middle reaches,second in the upper reaches and low in the lower reaches,while the diversified agglomeration presents the characteristics of high in the lower reaches,second in the middle reaches and low in the upper reaches.The development of spatial agglomeration level is uneven.Second,the green efficiency of industrial land in the Yellow River Basin shows a fluctuating upward trend,and the growth range is large,among which the fluctuation range in the upper reaches is the largest;In terms of spatial distribution,the green efficiency of industrial land shows a polarization trend.The two high-value areas are mainly concentrated in the middle and upper reaches of Inner Mongolia,Gansu,Ningxia and Shandong.Third,in the whole basin,industrial specialization agglomeration has no significant impact on the green efficiency of industrial land.The impact of diversified agglomeration on the efficiency level presents a nonlinear "U" characteristic.Low-level diversified agglomeration inhibits the improvement of the green efficiency of industrial land,and high-level diversified agglomeration can promote the improvement of the green efficiency of industrial land.Fourth,different regions and industries in the Yellow River Basin have different effects on the green efficiency of industrial land.Professional agglomeration has no significant impact on the green efficiency of industrial land in each basin section.Diversified agglomeration has significant nonlinear "U" characteristics for both upstream and downstream areas,indicating that improving the level of diversified agglomeration can promote the improvement of efficiency level;The specialized agglomeration of manufacturing and service industries can promote the improvement of the green efficiency level of industrial land,indicating that the specialized agglomeration mode can still promote the development of the two types of industries,while the diversified agglomeration of the two types of industries has no obvious effect on the improvement of the efficiency level.At the same time,the factors affecting the improvement of green efficiency of industrial land in the Yellow River Basin are comprehensive.Strengthening environmental regulation is the most effective way to improve the efficiency level.Improving the level of infrastructure construction and investment is also an important way to improve the efficiency level.Finally,according to the empirical results,this paper attempts to put forward relevant policy suggestions.
