Research On Measurement And Promotion Of Green Development Level Of China’s Commercial Circulation Industry

The green development of commercial circulation industry is an important prerequisite for enhancing the overall competitiveness of China’s commercial circulation industry,building a modern circulation system and realizing the efficient and sustainable development of commercial circulation industry.In recent years,the commercial circulation industry has become a major source of pollution in the tertiary industry,and green development has attracted great attention from all walks of life.However,China’s existing development evaluation system of commercial circulation industry pays one-sided attention to the speed and efficiency of commercial circulation,pays insufficient attention to the level of resource utilization and environmental pollution in the process of commercial circulation,and few scholars explore how to promote the green development of commercial circulation industry.Based on this,this paper defines the concept of green development of commercial circulation industry,measures the green development level of commercial circulation industry in 30 provinces and cities in China from 2010 to 2019,and analyzes the influencing factors and promotion path of green development of commercial circulation industry.Firstly,this paper combs the literature on the relevant concepts,theories and empirical research of green development and green development of commercial circulation industry,and understands the research status at home and abroad.Secondly,it defines the concept of green development of commercial circulation industry in this paper,and analyzes its theoretical basis,so as to provide the basis for the later research.Through the analysis of the green development of China’s current commercial circulation industry,we find its existing problems.Thirdly,this paper constructs the index evaluation system of green development of China’s commercial circulation industry,uses the entropy weight method,on the basis of taking 30 provinces and cities in China as the research target,calculates the green development level of China’s commercial circulation industry in the ten years from 2010 to2019,and analyzes the results: on the whole,the green development level of China’s commercial circulation industry is low as a whole,the gap between each year is small,and it has increased year by year since 2015;In terms of the differences among regions and the differences between the East and the west,there are great differences in the green development level of commercial circulation industry in various regions.Among them,the green development level of commercial circulation industry in the eastern region is greater than the national level,greater than that in the central region and greater than that in the western region.Based on the theory of green commerce and trade agglomeration,this paper puts forward five factors that have a significant impact on the development level of green commerce and trade;The degree of fiscal decentralization has a significant negative impact on the green development of commercial circulation industry;Senior human capital has no significant impact on the green development of commercial circulation industry.Finally,this paper puts forward policy suggestions for promoting the green development of commercial circulation industry from four aspects: establishing a comprehensive supervision,coordination and linkage mechanism,improving the supporting facilities of industrial parks,enhancing the industrial agglomeration effect,standardizing the behavior of local governments,optimizing the environmental protection performance appraisal system,and enhancing the learning awareness of green knowledge in opening to the outside world.
