The Measurement Of Industrial Green Development Level In Guizhou Province And Its Influencing Factors

Guizhou Province is not only a rich area of natural resources and ecological environment,but also a backward area of economic development and an ecologically fragile area.Based on the advantages of resources,the location disadvantage of relatively closed geographical conditions and the dependence of development path,Guizhou Province has formed a resource-based economy and become the industrial base of energy and raw materials in China.Under this environment,the level of industrial green development in Guizhou Province is low,the contradiction between economic development and ecological environment is sharp,the unsustainable problem is prominent,the industrial development has the problems of low production efficiency and large pollution emission,etc.The idea of green development points out the way out for the transformation of resource-based economy in Guizhou Province.Through the analysis of the present situation of industrial economy under the resource-based economy of Guizhou Province,based on the angle of input-output efficiency,the non-expected outputs such as energy input and pollutants are brought into the industrial production function.The industrial green development level of nine administrative is used to measure the level of industrial green development in nine administrative regions of Guizhou Province in 2011～2019.From the measurement results,the green development level of the whole industry in Guizhou Province is obviously improved,but the regional differences are great,and the green development is not coordinated.And with the passage of time,the center of gravity of industrial green development shifted and diffused.In order to effectively improve the level of industrial green development in Guizhou Province and promote the transformation and upgrading of resource-based economy,a econometric model is constructed on the basis of the analysis of the influence mechanism to identify the influencing factors of industrial green development level in Guizhou Province.The level of technological innovation and industrial structure can promote the level of industrial green development in Guizhou Province,while the level of opening to the outside world can inhibit the level of industrial green development in Guizhou Province.The level of population urbanization has different effects on the level of industrial green development in Guizhou Province.On the basis of the measurement and analysis of the level of industrial green development and the study of the main influencing factors,in order to improve the level of industrial green development in Guizhou Province,the relevant policy suggestions are put forward from many aspects: to continuously strengthen the economic base of industrial green development,to strengthen environmental protection,to promote technological progress,to promote green development concept and to promote industrial green development in Guizhou Province.
