| In recent years,the greenhouse effect caused by carbon emissions has become one of the most concerned environmental issues in the world.Driven by the development of low-carbon economy,carbon emission trading mechanism and other policy factors,thermal power enterprises,especially large energy groups,have an increasingly urgent need for scientific and comprehensive carbon emission reduction efficiency evaluation.The carbon trading mechanism brings carbon assets such as carbon allowance to enterprises,but also brings additional inputs to their carbon management,which is an important factor affecting the evaluation of carbon emission reduction efficiency of thermal power enterprises.And the level of enterprises’ inputs to carbon management is complex and difficult to quantify,which brings uncertainty to the evaluation of carbon emission reduction efficiency.Therefore,based on the analysis of carbon emission reduction efficiency evaluation problems of thermal power enterprises,this thesis introduces carbon policy factors into the evaluation of carbon emission reduction efficiency of thermal power enterprises.The thesis also proposes an efficiency evaluation method based on the interval type-2 fuzzy super efficiency slack-based measure data envelopment analysis-Malmquist Index(IT2F Super SBM DEA-Malmquist)model,and combines it with the evaluation index system to propose a carbon emission reduction efficiency evaluation model based on IT2 F Super SBM DEA-Malmquist for thermal power enterprises.Finally,the model is applied to a carbon emission reduction efficiency evaluation scenario of G Energy Group’s thermal power enterprises for empirical analysis.This thesis accomplishes the following main aspects.Firstly,an overall analysis of the carbon emission reduction efficiency evaluation problem for thermal power enterprises is carried out.Through the analysis of the basic situation of Chinese thermal power enterprises,the current carbon emission reduction related problems faced by thermal power enterprises in China are summarized,and the output attributes of carbon allowance and input attributes of carbon management brought about by carbon emission trading policy factors are considered and introduced into the carbon emission reduction efficiency evaluation problem of thermal power enterprises as new efficiency influencing factors.while the characteristics,objectives,demand and model selection of carbon emission reduction efficiency evaluation of thermal power enterprises are summarized.Secondly,an efficiency evaluation method based on the interval type-2 fuzzy super efficiency SBM DEA-Malmquist model is proposed.The thesis extends the traditional super-efficient SBM DEA model with undesirable outputs to a type-2 fuzzy environment,and constructs an IT2 F Super SBM model that can handle undesirable outputs and input-output index systems with interval type-2fuzzy numbers.The model solving and efficiency ranking methods based on α-cut and Best Worst Cases are presented.In addition,the IT2 F Malmquist index based on the IT2 F Super SBM is proposed in order to solve the problem of dynamic efficiency evaluation of panel data with interval type-2fuzzy numbers.In addition,a carbon reduction efficiency evaluation model based on the interval type-2 fuzzy super efficiency SBM DEA-Malmquist(IT2F Super SBM-Malmquist)for thermal power enterprises is proposed.The general process of carbon emission reduction efficiency evaluation of thermal power enterprises is summarized.In addition,the principles of constructing the input-output index system for carbon emission reduction efficiency evaluation of thermal power enterprises are proposed,and on the basis of the index system summarized in the existing literature and combined with the actual situation of current thermal power enterprises,the carbon policy factor is added,and the input-output index system for carbon emission reduction efficiency evaluation of thermal power enterprises containing carbon allowances and carbon management input with fuzzy evaluation is constructed.Afterwards,a carbon emission reduction efficiency evaluation model for thermal power enterprises based on IT2 F Super SBM DEA-Malmquist model is proposed,and the application steps,parameter interpretation and practical implications of the model under the carbon emission reduction efficiency evaluation scenario are given.Finally,this thesis applies the proposed model to the evaluation of carbon emission reduction efficiency of actual thermal power enterprises.The production data of 30 thermal power enterprises of G Energy Group from 2016 to 2018 is used to apply and validate the evaluation model proposed in this thesis.Afterwards,suggestions for the improvement of carbon emission reduction efficiency and carbon management of thermal power enterprises and energy groups are made based on the efficiency evaluation results. |
