Research On Government Safety Supervision In Construction Engineering

In the process of urban development in China,the index that can best reflect the stage of urban development is the level of urban construction and operation and maintenance management of urban facilities to ensure the basic functions of the city.Since the reform and opening up more than 40 years ago,the urban development has been fruitful,the overall appearance of different cities is different,and tends to the direction of complexity.The urban infrastructure construction has the characteristics of long construction period,harsh working environment and large scope of work influence.The construction management of a project can largely reflect the local government’s ability to deal with urban management,traffic allocation and other problems,and the problems in the construction process will cause serious problems in the government’s credibility,local economic development and other aspects Negative impact.Therefore,in view of the above problems,this paper investigates the safety supervision of construction project area in D District of Chongqing as a writing case.It is of great significance to analyze the supervision subject-government and supervised subject-construction enterprises,find out the existing pain points in the safety supervision of construction project supervision and find solutions.This paper first analyzes the current situation of construction safety supervision.The main participants of construction project safety supervision are divided into two parts,which are government supervision department,construction enterprise and construction project.The current situation of construction project safety supervision is analyzed from the perspective of the two sides.Then,it analyzes the safety supervision of construction projects.Based on the current situation of construction safety supervision,this paper tries to find out the problems existing in the supervision and the reasons for the problems.Finally,the optimization suggestions of construction safety supervision system are given.Based on the construction project safety supervision system in D District of Chongqing,combined with the actual situation of our country,this paper discusses the optimization mode of construction project safety supervision system,and puts forward development suggestions for improving the efficiency of safety supervision.It is found that the system,mechanism and supervision mode of construction project supervision are deficient in varying degrees,which requires innovation,comprehensive and timely correction to ensure that the construction project will not go wrong.Based on the basic situation of Chongqing,this paper comments on the local regulatory policies,and expounds the application of the concept of "pipe laying service" in the construction.On the part of the government,it is necessary to further integrate and improve the relevant mechanism of safety supervision,transform the supervision function,simplify the policy,and reasonably delegate power;on the part of the construction unit,it is necessary to strengthen the safety education and safety skills training of the employees,conduct the training of safety emergencies,establish the Internet supervision platform,and apply the concept of "deregulation service" to the practice,which is reasonable Use rights,clear rewards and punishments,properly implement management measures,maintain the vitality of the market,and increase the competitive confidence of enterprises.While ensuring the rapid and high-quality growth of urban economy,the health and safety of the city should be taken into account.
