At present,China is in a period of high-quality development under rapid urbanization.The economic and social form,people’s living standards,land use pattern and ecological environment quality have undergone profound changes.The multi-functional intensity of land use and the coordinated development of functions are the direct embodiment of regional high-quality development.The quality of ecological environment is an important index reflecting the function of regional ecosystem,biodiversity and human activities.Therefore,exploring the development status of land use function and ecological environment quality is an important way to ensure the sustainable development of socio-economic system and ecosystem under the background of ecological civilization and high-quality development.Under the guidance of geography,economics,ecology and sustainable development theory,this paper takes Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle as the research object,constructs the evaluation index system of "production-living-ecological" function of land use,and takes arcgis10.5 and Eviews.8were used to measure the temporal evolution and spatial differentiation characteristics of land use multi-function from 2000 to 2019;Secondly,each functional index is imported into SPSS software to calculate the Spearman rank correlation coefficient between land use multi-functions from 2000 to 2019,analyze the temporal evolution characteristics of the trade-off and synergy relationship between multi-functions,and reveal the spatial differentiation pattern of trade-off and synergy between multi-functions with the help of Moran’s I value obtained by geoda bivariate spatial autocorrelation detection;Thirdly,based on the land use leading functional land classification system and the eco-environmental quality index algorithm,this paper explores the temporal evolution characteristics and spatial differentiation pattern of eco-environmental quality in different time periods from2000 to 2019,and then draws the functional land conversion and its contribution rate that promote the improvement of eco-environmental quality and lead to the deterioration of eco-environmental quality based on MATLAB;Finally,based on the eco-environmental quality in 2019,combined with the strength level of the "production-living-ecological" function of land use,divide the development types of research units,and focus on the problems existing in each type and the corresponding development strategies,in order to provide an important digital basis for the planning strategy of regional sustainable development and building a solid ecological barrier.The main analysis results are:(1)From 2000 to 2019,the level of production function in the study area showed the characteristics of gradual enhancement.In particular,the areas with Chengdu and Chongqing central cities as the core have risen to level V,and some districts and counties in Northeast Chongqing and the middle areas along the "double core" have shown level III.The living function level also shows the characteristics of gradual enhancement.Chengdu is at level V,level IV is distributed in a mass on the north and south sides of the study area,and level III is concentrated in the northeast of Chongqing and the middle of the study area.The overall level of ecological functions is high,showing the change characteristics of enhancement weakening enhancement.The areas represented by Ya’an City,Leshan City,Northeast Chongqing and Qianjiang district are in grade V,grade IV is concentrated in southern and northeastern Sichuan,and Ziyang City,Tongnan district and Dazu district are in grade II.(2)From 2000 to 2019,the production life function in the study area always showed a significant synergistic relationship,the synergistic promotion between production and life in 2000 was the most obvious,and the overall synergistic relationship showed a trend of weakening increasing weakening;The trade-off relationship between production and ecological function is always manifested,and the trade-off relationship in 2019 is the most significant.The overall interaction relationship between the two is the trend of weakening and strengthening trade-off;Life ecological function also shows a strong trade-off relationship,especially in 2010.(3)From 2000 to 2019,the eco-environmental quality index of the study area generally showed an increasing trend,and the eco-environmental quality developed well.By 2019,the ecological environment quality of 84% of the research units in the study area is at a higher level or above.Spatially,the overall performance is obvious "double core" and the ecological environment quality depression along the line,and the peripheral ecological environment quality is highlighted in a circular distribution.At the same time,the main functional land that promotes the gradual improvement of ecological environment quality includes agricultural production land,grassland ecological land and water ecological land.The main causes of the gradual deterioration of ecological environment quality are the transformation of forest land ecological land and agricultural production land to urban land,rural residential land and industrial land.(4)The study area is divided into three major categories and six sub categories:low ecological environment quality-high comprehensive function,low ecological environment quality-high production and living function-low ecological function,medium ecological environment quality-high comprehensive function,medium ecological environment quality-low living function,low production and living function-medium ecological function,high ecological environment quality-high comprehensive function,High ecological environment quality-low living function,low production and living function-high ecological function.Among them,the low ecological environment quality category includes 8 units in Chengdu,Yubei District,Dadukou District,Yuzhong District,Nan’an District,Shapingba District,Jiangbei District and Jiulongpo District;The medium eco-environmental quality category includes 21 units,including Deyang City,Suining City,Nanchong City,Yongchuan District,Beibei District,Dazu district and Bishan district;Higher eco-environmental quality includes 15 units,including Mianyang City,Luzhou City,Yibin City,Fuling District,Jiangjin District,Qijiang District,Dazhou City,Fengdu County,Ya’an City,Kaizhou district and Yunyang County. |
