| With the rapid development of science and technology and industry,the problem of water pollution has become more and more serious.Sewage discharge in chemical plants is one of the important causes of water pollution.Therefore,environmental protection departments and producers should pay attention to the monitoring of sewage quality in chemical plants and provide an important guarantee for improving the efficiency of sewage treatment.To solve the problems of low monitoring precision,poor transmission stability,easy corrosion of information collection sensors,difficult data storage and playback,and lack of classification function of water quality assessment in domestic and foreign sewage water quality monitoring systems,this paper designs a chemical plant sewage water quality monitoring system based on Internet of things technology,which can monitor the p H value,turbidity and COD of chemical sewage in real time.Firstly,according to the actual demand of sewage monitoring,the whole scheme of sewage monitoring system is designed,and the concrete scheme of sewage monitoring is put forward.Secondly,an optimized and improved sewage sampling device is designed,which can embed the water quality sensor into its interior.The device can automatically extract sewage under the action of the main controller for the system to carry out sewage detection.When the sewage detection is completed,the device automatically cleans the water quality sensor and the detection tank.Compared with the traditional way of direct and long time water quality monitoring in the sewage tank to be inspected,the above water quality sampling monitoring method has the advantages of protecting the sensor from corrosion and ensuring the high monitoring accuracy.STM32F103ZET6 main controller is selected again,the system information acquisition terminal is designed,the data is collected by water quality sensor,and the data is transmitted to G terminal platform through four wireless communication modules.Using C# as development language,VS2015 as development tool,the remote monitoring terminal software is developed.Finally,the water quality monitoring accuracy,power supply system,wireless transmission module,data processing module and water quality classification model based on BP neural network are tested.According to the test results,the p H monitoring accuracy of the sewage monitoring system designed in this paper is as high as 98.0,which meets the monitoring requirements.Besides,the wireless transmission module of the monitoring system has high transmission reliability,the solar power supply system meets the system power supply demand,and has the function of historical data query.The water quality classification model based on the BP neural network established in this paper has high accuracy in water quality classification. |
