With the rapid development of industrialization,the problem of water pollution is becoming more and more serious.If it cannot be monitored and treated in time,it will cause serious harm to the ecological environment and people’s health.Water quality monitoring provides important scientific data for ecological environment research and protection,and has become an important content of water resources protection,development and utilization.Based on the summary and reference of the existing water quality monitoring and management methods,combined with the increasingly mature technology of UAV and Internet of things,this paper designs and develops a water quality monitoring and management system based on UAV and Internet of things,including four aspects of research work:(1)Design and development of water quality monitoring equipment based on UAV.It includes UAV carrying platform,water quality sampling module and water quality monitoring module.Through the design and development of equipment software and hardware,the monitoring route planning based on QGC ground station,fixed-point and fixed-time hovering of monitoring position,data transmission based on Lora communication module,and sampling and monitoring depth control based on upper computer are realized.(2)Design and development of water quality data management cloud platform based on Internet of things.The function and interface design are carried out according to the requirements,and the storage,integrated management of UAV location data and water quality monitoring data based on SQL Server database and visual interface web page publishing based on IIS server are realized.(3)Research on water quality evaluation method based on GA-LM-BP neural network.Combined with the needs of water quality evaluation,based on the original BP neural network algorithm,Genetic algorithm and Levenberg-Marquard algorithm are introduced to solve the problems of slow convergence speed and easy to fall into local minimum.GA-LM-BP algorithm is constructed for simulation training.The advantages of this algorithm are verified by analysis and comparison.(4)Test of water quality monitoring and management system based on UAV and Internet of things.The functions of each part of the system are tested,including UAV platform,water quality sampling and monitoring device,data storage and management,and test and analysis of water quality evaluation function.The water quality monitoring and management system designed in this paper can meet the needs of all aspects of water quality monitoring,including water quality monitoring and sampling,visual display and analysis of monitoring data,the research results can provide a convenient and efficient water environment monitoring and management platform for the environmental monitoring department.
