| For the rural domestic sewage supervision and treatment facilities are numerous and widely distributed,sewage treatment volume is difficult to real-time statistics,facility management is difficult,large investment,low treatment efficiency and other issues.Based on the Internet of Things and cloud computing technology,studied the communication technology and hardware design technology of the sewage flowmeter and the intelligent gateway of the Internet of Things,studied the monitoring data platform based on the Internet of Things technology,and finally we applied the system in the rural sewage system of Tonglu,and achieved good results.The hardware core platform of Internet of Things intelligent gateway is S3C2440 chipset based on ARM9 kernel.The firmware platform adopts Linux operating system.The Internet of Things intelligent gateway integrates video,RS485,3G/4G,Ethernet,USB and other interface modules.Sewage flowmeter adopts MODBUS RTU protocol to connect with gateway through RS485 interface,uploading data of instantaneous flow rate,instantaneous flow rate and total flow rate of sewage.In the supervisory data system based on the Internet of Things technology,the data transmission middleware technology is emphatically researched and developed.The data flow service shell script is deployed in the server,the cURL is run and invoked to realize the data transmission between the supervisory data system and the cloud service,which solves the problem of cloud data service and data concurrency.In the application of Tonglu Rural Domestic Sewage Monitoring Project,we installed sewage flowmeter and infrared camera at the sewage outlet,uploaded sewage flow data and grabbed video images.This technology can better meet the needs of real-time monitoring of rural domestic sewage,and has good social application value. |
