| In the early 20th century,the construction industry began to develop rapidly.In recent years,the construction industry has achieved unprecedented development in investment scale,technical equipment,construction speed and scientific and technological innovation.In today’s society,the construction industry is still an important pillar industry for the development of national economy.However,with the rapid development of the world,more and more people are aware of the excessive consumption of resources and environmental protection caused by the rapid development of the construction industry.The rapid development of China’s economy and society has also caused excessive consumption of resources and inadequate use of high-quality resources.These problems have brought irreversible ecological and environmental deterioration and other practical problems,which have forced people to reflect and take actions.People have gradually realized the importance and urgency of healthy and sustainable development of the construction industry,and it is particularly important to strengthen the green and sustainable development of the construction industry.With the green and sustainable development of the construction industry,the investigation and research on green construction are increasing day by day.The Ministry of Construction has successively carried out the evaluation index of green building.The construction cycle in the whole life cycle of the building is short,but the damage to the natural environment can not be ignored,and the problem of excessive consumption of building energy is becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,the effective implementation of green construction can promote the healthy and sustainable development of the construction industry.At present,the investigation and research on green construction at home and abroad are still relatively scarce,most of which are limited to qualitative analysis,and the relevant government departments have not developed a complete evaluation standard,especially the perfect evaluation index system for green construction applicable to the main structure of towers.The purpose of this paper is to build a set of scientific and complete evaluation index system for the green construction level of the main structure of the tower,and adopt scientific and efficient measures to comprehensively evaluate the green construction level of the actual main structure of the tower.The green construction level evaluation of tower main structure engineering is the key embodiment of green construction quality realization of tower main structure engineering.This paper provides a theoretical basis for deepening the green construction evaluation index system of tower main structure engineering,thus actively promoting the development process of green construction of tower main structure engineering.Based on the analysis of the main structure of the T2 Tower of Shenyang Baoneng GFC project,this paper has established a three-level evaluation index system,including 6 first-level indicators,28 second-level indicators and 66 third-level indicators,by referring to the materials of the advanced periodicals of green construction of the main structure of towers at home and abroad.The innovations of this paper are: innovation of green construction evaluation index for the main structure of the tower;innovation of green construction evaluation index system for the main structure of the tower;demonstration based on typical cases.After the construction of the green construction level evaluation index system,this paper conducts a case study on the main structure of Shenyang Baoneng GFCenter T2 Tower,introduces the actual construction data of the project,and verifies the accuracy and feasibility of the green construction evaluation system in this paper with the specific data.A green construction evaluation index system for the main structure of the tower is established,which conforms to the construction standards in China and has a certain applicable scope.According to the results of comprehensive comparative analysis,a comprehensive weight weighting method with comprehensive system and strong operability is selected to determine the weight of the index.After the construction of the green construction evaluation system is completed,specific case processing and analysis are carried out on the main structure of the T2 Tower of Shenyang Baoneng GFC project to verify the operability of the evaluation index parameters.The AHP analytic hierarchy evaluation method was used to evaluate the green construction level of the main structure of Shenyang Baoneng GFC T2 Tower,and the results were analyzed by combining the index parameters.Based on the evaluation system to build,to find the problems existing in the green construction of the tower body structure and tower body structure to improve the indexes of green construction,green construction assessment found in green construction of the tower body structure,gradually improve the tower body structure engineering use green construction technology,reach the tower body structure healthy and sustainable development of green construction projects.Evaluation results deeper construction enterprise reflects the green construction level and the effect of technological innovation,is advantageous to the construction enterprises locate in green construction,find the problems existing in the project and able to timely and effectively take improvement measures,actively promote the development of green construction of tower body structure engineering process. |
