With the proposal of the new development concept of innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing,sustainable development,low-carbon travel,carbon neutrality,and carbon peak have gradually become the focus of attention.China has released the Action Plan for Carbon Peak before 2030,and will continue to release specific implementation plans in energy,industry,construction and other fields.As a construction industry that consumes a lot of resources and energy and affects the environment,it is of great significance to promote its sustainable development.Green construction is an important way to realize the sustainable development of the construction industry and an important help to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality.However,at present,the implementation of green construction presents such defects as high cost and inconspicuous economic effect,which restricts its promotion in the construction industry.One of the important reasons is that green construction forms incremental cost,which increases the construction cost of the construction unit.The paper analyzes the content composition and influence factors of the incremental cost of green construction in construction engineering,aiming at finding out the measures to save the cost of green construction,improve the economic benefits of green construction,and promote the wide application of green construction.At present,with the introduction of relevant green construction policies of the Chinese government and the selection of green construction demonstration projects,more and more construction enterprises use green construction technology in the process of project construction.However,in the process of green construction,construction enterprises often encounter problems such as high cost of green construction and insignificant economic benefits.Therefore,how to better use green construction technology to effectively reduce costs and create economic benefits is a problem that needs to be improved and solved before construction enterprises.Firstly,this paper analyzes the definition and content composition of green construction and green construction incremental cost,analyzes the content composition of green construction incremental cost by literature analysis and comparative analysis,and screens out the key control measures that affect the green construction incremental cost by comparing with traditional construction;Secondly,the paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system of green construction incremental cost,takes the green construction incremental cost control measures as the key object of evaluation,and uses the fuzzy ordered binary comparison method to analyze the weight of each index,and analyzes the principles and steps of the evaluation system;At the same time,through the comprehensive evaluation of two different engineering cases,combining the actual situation of green construction of the project and the previous experience,the paper determines the subordinate degree of the evaluation of the incremental cost control measures of green construction of the project,selects the management technical experts who are present to fill in the "evaluation questionnaire of the incremental cost impact measures of green construction",according to the data of the expert system,The data is processed with the standard version of Maishi fuzzy comprehensive analysis software,the evaluation grades of green construction incremental cost control measures are valued,and the comprehensive evaluation scores of the project are calculated,and the evaluation results of two engineering examples are analyzed;Finally,by improving the incremental cost control measures of the project example I with low score,the important control measures for saving the incremental cost of green construction in the "four sections,one environmental protection and one management" are obtained respectively.This paper establishes the evaluation index system of incremental cost of green construction,demonstrates the key measures that affect the incremental cost of green construction,and actively explores the further research and promotion of green construction.
