| At present,domestic jet fuel is mainly transported through special pipelines and railways,and rarely batch transported through refined oil pipelines.In the context of increasing demand for jet fuel,that the existing refined oil pipeline network is used to transport jet fuel will not only improve the efficiency of pipeline transportation,but also reduce the jet fuel pipeline investment and optimize the jet fuel supply network.This article takes the Anning-Qujing refined oil pipeline and the Western refined oil pipeline as example.Station process analysis and pipeline process simulation are carried out to ensure the quality of jet fuel and pipeline safety.Firstly,based on the quality indicators of jet fuel,the risk factors that may affect the quality of the batch-transported jet fuel are analyzed.Combined with the on-site process flow and related specifications,the special equipment for the batch transportation of jet fuel and the loading and unloading process are summarized,and corresponding revamp suggestions are given for different stations.Secondly,in order to improve the control accuracy of the line switch time and to shorten the duration of line switch,the batch shipping process is optimized by SPS,and the line switch process of valves in the intermediate station and the pipeline under different throughputs are simulated.The suggested line-switch scheme can ensure that the line is switched without over-and-under pressure on the operation of the first station.Finally,for the Western product oil pipeline,the SPS simulation is used to analyze the pressure fluctuation and pipeline pressure regulation logic during the batch transportation of jet fuel or other product oil.Compared the incidental scenarios with and without protection-in-advance,the former protection-in-advance program is optimized.In the paper,the research on the process adaptability of the station facilities does not target a specific pipeline,and it can provide a reference for the other refined oil pipelines that are to be used to batch transportation of aviation fuel.But the pipeline transportation process is slightly different for different pipelines and working conditions,so it is more site-specified. |
