In order to ensure the oil products transport pipeline to maintain safely, effectively and steadily, therefore continuous attention to the cast of professionalquality to each of the links should be excellence and further analysis to enhance thesystem consistency and coordination capacity during the actual operation. As to meetthe above-mentioned requirements, this paper did a theoretical study in processcalculation, for instance the products batching transportation, the selection ofreasonable the transportation periods, the hydraulic transient, and the processingmethod of contamination of oil. Unsteady state processing is the essentialcharacteristic of the pipeline system. Based on the theory of transient flow, mathematical model deducing of the elastic and rigidity theory summarizes thevarious computational methods under the different conditions when the waterhammer occurs. Take an actually running pipeline as example, planning and optimalscheduling with fully satisfy market demand by using the powerful designtransportation batch on the software PBS basis of the truthful data. According to thespecific conditions includes the line route and equipment disposing, established acorresponding physical model through the off-line simulation software SPS,combined with interactive simulation under the different operation conditions.Numerical micro simulation and research on the influences of the water hammercontaminated concentration during a1-second interval from a run of the FLUENTcomputational fluid software until the model converged. Conclusions it can by usingthe post-processing software to carry out the image analysis. The result agrees withthe theoretical analysis and indicates that between the model and the algorithm fromthat software in this paper is correct and reliable.
